What is Craniosacral Reconnective Healing?

Craniosacral Reconnective Healing is a combination of energy healing (Reconnective Healing) and fascial clearance (Craniosacral Therapy) facilitated through gentle, non-manipulative touch. The combination of two subtle yet powerful modalities help to balance the nervous system, increase energy flow and relieve tension so you are able to access you inner resources and reacquaint yourself with your true nature.

What happens during a session?

Sessions are 1 hour long and are performed with the client fully clothed and laying on a massage table. There is some gentle physical contact during the craniosacral portions of the session. We begin with an intake to understand where you're feeling out of balance and explore how imbalances are showing up in the body. Each session is a co-creation that includes breathing techniques, guided imagery and essential oils to help you drop deeper into the here and now. I do an energy scan and use a both hands-off and gentle hands-on approaches to channel high-vibrational energy through your body to restore a state of calm and balance, clear blockages and shift into a higher vibratory state. Depending on the areas of need, gentle craniosacral points on the head, neck, back or other areas of your body are given special attention to relieve physical and emotional tension.

You will leave the session feeling deeply relaxed, restored and reacquainted with your true nature. Clients often describe receiving downloads of information or guidance that helps them to make decisions and to move forward in their life. This isn’t necessary for deep transformative healing to take place.

How often should I come?

​Most imbalances have been stored in the energy and physical body for a long time so it can take time to unwind and become reacquainted with your true nature. In order to experience the transformative effect of this work, I recommend a series of 4-6 follow-up sessions within an 8-week period. Series are offered at a discounted rate.

What is Craniosacral Technique (CST)?
CST focuses on the gentle placement of hands to help release tension in your body’s connective tissue known as “fascia” (pronounced “fash-ee-uh”). Fascia is a casing found throughout your body that holds your organs, glands, nerves, muscles, blood vessels, brain and spinal cord. The fascia forms a body-wide connective tissue network.

The human body is interconnected, both structurally and functionally. This means that one area of your body can affect another. The goal of CST is tension relief (fascial clearance). This may help other connected parts of your body function better through self-regulation, self-correction, self-healing.

About me as a practitioner

As a trained practitioner since 2007, I carry and accommodate this all-inclusive spectrum of high-vibrational energy, light and information and work with these highly palpable energies. My clients will often respond immediately through physical sensation, emotional release, deep relaxation, buzzing auditory sound and/or downloads of information. I have seen many clients peacefully transform their lives as a results of these sessions.

My personal experience with these modalities spans over 2 decades. I have personally received powerful shifts in my being and downloads of information, much like a deep transformative meditation, that have changed the trajectory of my life.
